Serves 4-6.
Ingredients:
2 large carrots, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 large parsnips, cut into ½-inch pieces
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
1 small turnip, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons White Oak Carolina Honey Sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl toss the carrots, parsnips, sweet potato, and turnip with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Fit a large, rimmed, sheet pan with parchment.
Spread the vegetables in an even layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Roast for 30 minutes.
When the vegetables are lightly caramelized, toss them with the White Oak Carolina Honey Sauce on the baking sheet.
Serve hot, or at room temperature.
